Overview
GCF offers a wide range of standard fittings and flanged pipes in accordance with ISO 2531 & EN 545 Standards.
- Our product ranges from 80 mm – 2600 mm with nominal pressures of PN 10, PN 16 and PN 25.
- In addition to our standard range we are able to manufacture non-standard fittings with non-standard dimensions.
- We understand the many difficulties faced by our customers during actual installation on site.
- We have therefore developed our ability to quickly deliver such non – standard items to our customers.

Internal Protection
Cement Mortar Lining
- Fittings are supplied with manually applied Cement Lining Acc to ISO 4179 & EN 598.
Epoxy Coating
- Epoxy Lining offers very high chemical and abrasion resistance and is normally used for wastewater conveyance.
- Acc. to ISO 14901:2006.
Fusion Bonded Epoxy
- This high corrosion resistance coating is suitable for aggressive fluid conditions.
- Acc. to ISO 14901:2006.
Polyurethane Coating
- GCF offers fittings with internal Polyurethane lining for internal protection in case of aggressive fluid conveyance.
External Protection
Epoxy coating
- Epoxy Lining offers very high chemical and abrasion resistance and is normally used for wastewater conveyance.
- Acc. to ISO 14901:2006
Fusion Bonded Epoxy
- This high corrosion resistance coating is suitable for aggressive fluid conditions.
- Acc. to ISO 14901:2006
Polyurethane Coating
- GCF offers fittings with an external Polyurethane coating for corrosion protection in highly aggressive soil.
